Bakery Operations
From night dough to the morning counter, the bakery workflow
Tools built for production that starts early, sales that peak in a short window and the product left at the end of the day.
Fast till for the morning queue
Put best sellers such as bread, bagels and pastries on the favorites bar; a sale takes two taps and the queue keeps moving.
Sales by piece or weight
Products sold by the piece are added with one tap; products sold by weight are set up with options such as 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg, each with its own price.
Wholesale customer orders
When a wholesale buyer such as a café or shop calls, Caller ID shows the customer and their past orders so you can enter the order without asking again.
Production planning from sales reports
Sales by product and the hourly heatmap show which product sells out when; you decide the next day's baking from that data.
Flour, yeast and butter stock
Define a recipe for each product; every item sold deducts its ingredients from stock and you get an alert when stock drops below the threshold.
Waste and leftover product
Set a waste rate, see the gap between theoretical and actual stock in periodic counts and track leftovers with loss and waste reports.

Two-tap sales
The sale is done before the queue grows
Most of a bakery's sales are squeezed into the first hours of the morning. At the point of sale you put your best sellers on the favorites bar and sell them in two taps with large touch buttons.
Packaged goods are scanned by barcode, cash and card can be taken on the same sale and the receipt prints automatically. If the internet drops, sales do not stop; data syncs on its own when the connection returns.

Price comes with the option
Price items sold by the piece and by weight correctly
Bagels, flatbreads and pastries are sold by the piece; each goes into the basket with its own price in one tap. Products sold by weight, such as dry cakes and cookies, are set up with options like 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg.
Each option has its own price; the cashier picks the option and the amount appears on its own. When a price changes, you update the product once in the panel.

Hourly heatmap
Which product sells out when
Plan tomorrow morning's baking with yesterday's sales
Every night a baker decides how many trays to bake. The product performance report shows the best and worst sellers, and the hourly heatmap shows when sales peak.
Daily, weekly and period comparisons show the difference between weekdays and weekends. You set production quantities from this data; the decision rests on past sales, not guesswork.

Low stock alert
Notified below the threshold
From the flour sack to leftover bread, stock and waste are visible
Once each product has a recipe, every item sold deducts flour, yeast, butter and sesame from stock. When an ingredient falls below your threshold you get an alert in the panel and on mobile, and a draft purchase order is prepared.
In periodic stock counts, the gap between theoretical and actual stock is calculated automatically. You set a waste rate and track the cost of leftover product with loss and waste reports.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the system decide the daily production quantity?
No, you make the decision. Restoreks shows which product sold when and how much through sales by product, the hourly heatmap and period comparison reports; you plan production from that data.
How do I set up products sold by weight?
Open the product and add options such as 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg; each option has its own price. When the option is selected at the till, the amount appears automatically.
Can I sell packaged goods with barcodes?
Yes. The point of sale works with USB barcode scanners and reads 1D and 2D barcodes, so you sell packaged goods by scanning them.
How do I track orders from my wholesale buyers?
You save wholesale buyers as customers, and their order history appears in the customer profile. When they call to order, Caller ID shows the customer and their latest orders on screen.
How do I track product left at the end of the day?
You set a waste rate and see the gap between theoretical and actual stock in periodic counts. Loss and waste reports show the cost of leftovers, so you can adjust the next day's baking.
