Our Story
The name Restoreks is a contraction of the Turkish phrase “Restoran Ekstra” — restaurant extra. Restoreks is developed by MTY Technology. Since 2009, the group has delivered cloud infrastructure and enterprise software projects, which exposed a recurring pattern in food and beverage operations: too many systems, too much duplicate work, and not enough operational clarity.
Restaurant teams were often managing menus, POS, kitchen workflow, delivery, stock, and reporting in separate tools. That breaks order flow, slows the team down, and weakens margin visibility. Restoreks was created to replace that fragmentation with one operating model.
We treat the product as an operational system, not as a feature catalog. QR ordering, POS, KDS, direct ordering, courier management, stock, campaigns, and reporting are designed to work on the same data foundation so operators can move faster with less friction.
The goal is straightforward: help restaurant teams move into digital operations with less technical overhead, stronger day-to-day control, and clearer commercial outcomes.
